Cheryl Stallworth-Hooper

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Cheryl Stallworth-Hooper to General Manager of U.S. Multicultural Marketing. Cheryl will work to accelerate growth in these important consumer markets and reinforce Colgate's strong leadership position. Most recently, Cheryl was General Manager of C-P Guatemala where she increased sales and profit growth in one of the fastest-growing subsidiaries in the Latin America Division. Under her leadership, C-P Guatemala experienced double-digit sales growth over the last three years. Cheryl was also active in the local dental and educational communities to improve oral health within the country and increase dental cream consumption. Cheryl joined Colgate in 1988 and demonstrated exceptional strategic marketing capabilities in her assignments in the U.S. Company, managing the development of new personal care products, and in the Latin America Division as Marketing Director of C-P Costa Rica. She left Colgate in 1995 to join The Coca-Cola Company where she held positions of significant responsibility in the U.S. and internationally. Cheryl returned to Colgate in 2001 as Worldwide Director of Skin Cleansing. Prior to joining Colgate, Cheryl worked for RJR/Nabisco and Beatrice Hunt-Wesson. She also was Managing Director of the Greenfield Consulting Group serving several multinational clients. Cheryl holds a BA degree and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
