Valerie J. Johnson, a native of Pensacola, Florida, is a Unit Operator with the Exxon/Mobil Kizombz B Project and will be based in Angola. Her husband, Ricardo (Ricky) Johnson, a native of Atmore, Alabama, is Superintendent of Exxon/Mobil's FPSO Serpentina (Production, Storage and Offloading boat) in Equatorial Guinea.
Valerie joined a team of people from all over the world, who went to work with Koreans to help build one of the top class oil and gas vessels of the world: the Kizomba B Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) boat.
In late January the B FPSO left Ulsan, Korea to join her sister ship and two TLP (drilling platforms) in the waters off Angola.
