2007 Family Reunion

Dear Family Members,

Please accept my sincere apology for not getting the second letter out earlier. However thank God we are now ready to move forward with our plans. This family reunion committee is thrilled to be able to invite you to the home of the SUPER BOWL XLI (41) CHAMPIONS. We hope you are thrilled to be coming to INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA. I’m happy to tell you that the final arrangements are in place, though some adjustments had to be made due to the unavailability of some facilities. July is a popular month for large events i.e. weddings, family reunions, church conferences, etc. We had to change the reunion to the 2^nd weekend in July to the 13, 14, and 15. I hope this won’t cause too much trouble in your schedule. I hope this information will provide what you need to make your reservation early. It is very important that you make your room reservation as soon as possible because the 2^nd weekend is also the Black Expo weekend which normally attract thousands of visitors which take up every hotel in Indianapolis to Cincinnati and Chicago and all in between. The final 4 of the NCAA also takes place in July here. So a lot of things are happening here but our plans are already in place.

Registration Fees	--$75.00 for ages 12 to Adult --$50.00 for ages 8-11 (under 4 FREE) --$50.00 for ages 81 and over

T-Shirts are $15.00 Sizes small, medium, large, XL, XXL, XXXL

Indicate on your registration if any special needs or services are required such as handicap rooms, special diets, etc.

Church-----------------15 July 07 at Phillips Temple CME Church 10 a.m.
